After waiting more than 20 minutes for our food we ended up getting it to go. Once in the car I found my burger inedible. The cheese was like hard plastic and I could barely unwrap it. Half the burger patties were even more rock hard than that. As of they pulled it from the trash. We didnt have time to deal with it. We just wont go back there again.

Very nice inside and un McDonalds looking - quite chic! I ordered via touch screen - quick and easy. Food was as ordered and tasty. Staff were friendly.

This McDonald's is terrible. They almost always get our order wrong. The manager at night is horrible. She is rude and unprofessional. She would rather argue than settle a situation properly. She acts as though she is doing e everyone a favor. The food is standard although I did get a hair in my quarter pounder once.Once again this morning they left an item out of our order. ARGH!

I am glad it's busy. All employees very nice and friendly. I understand and think it's great for Remodel. It can be a bit tough for customers with myself no mobil pick up that I am used to. Great thing I didn't wait to long thru drive thru.

The drive thru line was insane . So we decided to go inside . There was a little wait inside but that's because there was 1 cook . 1 person taking orders at the window and 1 person taking orders and 1 person packing food . There are extremely understaffed and in my opinion underpaid. They need a raise . So to all the reviews that have bad things in them . We're in a pandemic life is hard enough , others treat others rudely and it doesn't help that they work minimum wage . You have no idea why they could be grumpy that day but at least they are trying instead of calling out and making it worse . Kindness goes a long way . The lady who took our order was running back and forth getting food and was apologizing to everyone . THEY NEED A RAISE AND A BREAK !

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED AT A MC DONALDS CHAIN. I DID NOT WANT TO GIVE THEM A ONE STAR BUT GOOGLE FORCED ME TO IN ORDER TO POST THIS REVIEW. I called and was lied to by an associate who was claiming to be the manager. I knew it wasn’t the manager because this associate barely spoke English properly and they took WAY TOO LONG OF A PAUSE before giving me their name. I confronted associate and “JOSE”, as who the ASSociate claimed to be, admitted to not being the manager. I’ve called multiple times to follow up and speak with manager (SANDRA LOPEZ) and no one will answer the phone. Yet alone even return my originally first phone call. IF THEY CAN LIE ABOUT SOMETHING SO SIMPLE THEN IT WORRIES ME IN REGARDS AS TO WHAT KIND OF HORRIFIC AND DISGUSTING EVENTS MIGHT HAPPEN IN THE BACK KITCHEN. WOULD NOT SURPRISE ME IF FOOD IS DROPPED AND STILL SERVED TO CLIENTELE. IT IS A FACT THAT POOR MANAGEMENT LEADS TO POOR QUALITY STORE, FOOD AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE. EVER. I ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION.

New deluxe chicken sandwich is very good. I had the spicy deluxe it was very good, fry's we're hot something unusual these days.

Love the iced hazelnut coffee! I think it's better than Dunkin'! ;)

Service was a bit slow. When we went up to ask for napkins and sauce, the workers just walked by not acknowledging our presence . Tables, restroom and drink area were dirty. 11/27/2021

The worst experiences ever! Unfortunately during lunch breaks I don't have many options for a quick bite. Chick Fil A is way better but on Sundays not an option.This McDonald's is terrible. Drive thru can be stuck in it for 30-45 minutes easy. They mess up your orders often. Things aren't available like Frozen Coke so you gotta pick a Red or Blue flavor which isn't something I personally want which is why I don't even care to remember the names of the drinks.Besides that the people who take your order sometimes don't even hear what you say despite repeating yourself 4-5 times. Get better communication systems McDonalds.I've seen things as dumb as them crossing out a quarter pounder box name and stuffing a Big Mac into it or even not giving you the right order at all. I have had the pick up ppl hand me someone else's order without even verifying anything. And things as simple as a straw or sauce for chicken mcnuggets missing can easily ruin a meal all the same when it's the most simple to toss into a bag.But besides all these issues and many more this McDonald's is fine. Am I Right??? Why fix something if it's not totally broken??? I mean customer satisfaction is only a minor thing... cuz nothing changes here in the past 5 years anyways.
