I consistently order the same thing…..a “special” frappe with extra drizzle. Only one manager, Maria, can make them correctly. Maria is a great employee. There are other “managers” there that are SOOOO sub par it’s hard to believe they keep their jobs. One gal named Inez is particularly rude. She’ll huff and puff and act irritated if you ask (and PAY) for anything extra. She’s a nasty young woman, and it’s always a drag if I interact with her. If Maria wasn’t there, I’d never go to this McDonald’s location again.
Our entire order was not cooked fresh as ordered. Meal was cold and stale as if the burgers sat for a long time. The fries for my wife and son were stale and cold as well. Two burgers were ordered with no salt and both were prepared with salt. I have a dietary issue with salt due to a heart problem and I explained this to the person who took my order. After I asked for the order to be repeated I got attitude and a refusal to repeat the order back to me. Poor quality food and horrible service. There are much better McDonalds in the area and I highly suggest that everyone stay clear of the mcDonalds franchise. Eventually someone is going to get served food that may create a health issue for them as what happened to me.
I love the service at this store but when it gets busy, the drive thru gets disorganized. It’s irritating when I reconfirm the drink and they say yes and it’s wrong. If you don’t know it, don’t say yes! However this is strike two, one more, I will go to another store. Usually the morning rush hour crew is excellent this is why I still give them a 5 star!

This particular location can't seam to understand simple order. I ordered a large diet coke no ice and two Sausage McMuffins.even though I tried to place the order with two different cashiers and the manager. Neither of them could take the order.I tried to explain repeatedly that what I wanted was two sausage McMuffins, when the asked me if I wanted the one with egg. I told them the ones without egg. But they kept Charging me for the sausage McMuffins with egg. It was unbelievably frustrating that both workers and the Manager couldn't get the order right.

Do not go here. Their breakfast ends at 11 am while the surrounding places offer breaks fast later. They keep getting my orders wrong. When you ask them to fix it, the manager gets confrontation. Very poor customer service.
The food was good but I ordered a double quarter pounder and got a single quarter pounder. They need to check their orders better
Double drive thru and the employees keep the lines moving. Food is always hot and fresh
