Chicken popcorn combo..No more Crispy wedge fries..sad..so instead they substituted for mac and cheese..perfect..Associate great customer service..
Tucked away on Savi Ranch, so not busy ever! Worried about this great little restaurant, please support them.
Didn't feel welcome couldn't understand them barely spoke English food was cold and hard very displeased with it all
Always Good for a Fast Food Dinner!
I ordered two two piece meals for my kids. I asked them for drumsticks. These things were so gross and dry. I went back and asked them to replace them because my kids would not eat them. They love drumsticks but they hated these. They brought out four more drumsticks. They were exactly the same.You can tell this store does not get a lot of business because food seems to just sit and dry out. I know they took over another restaurant but they didn't bother remodeling it or cleaning it up. The floors are disgusting the walls are disgusting and the ambiance is like a garage with tables in it. I give it another year before it's closed.I generously gave it three stars because my chicken bowl was okay. Not better than I've gotten before but not worse. The drink machine needed to calibrating which made the drinks weak.I miss the old Kentucky Fried Chicken and do not like the new KFC.
When I was done doing my business in the restroom, I was washing my hands and I saw a sign on the hand soap saying, "All employees must wash their hands before returning to work." While I was reading that I couldn't help but notice that the water wasn't getting hot, nor close being lukewarm (I was waiting for the water to at least be lukewarm) but after 2 minutes of running the faucet, I just left it and carried on, but once I left I had a question in mind and that question being: "Do the employees wash their hands correctly?"
Terrible, didn’t have anything but fries for a side. My food was over well done and the fries as well. I would of been at least okay if they had mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese but no. Maybe needed to be fresh? Or at least watched my food because it was unpleasant.
Some of the younger employees here are lacking in friendliness and professionalism to say the least.
