I have no idea who hires these people at the 17520 Yorba Linda Blvd, Yorba Linda, CA 92886 KFC location, but there's something not right with them. First I go through drive-thru see 14 piece special 2 large potatoes and gravy and cole slaw for $32.99 the guy says there's 3 sides, what do you want, I said "the mash potatoes and gravy and cole slaw" and he said I get another side, I said well then another cole slaw. When I got the order I looked and it was 1 potato and 2 cole slaws. I and I looked at the receipt real quick and saw 2 cole slaw and 1 potato, I said I'll give you back a cole slaw for a potato, and then after leaving I found out they charged me $37 not $32 like the sign when ordering says. I went back and the manager took my receipt, and I watched him crumple it up and throw it in the trash, and he told me that the price on the sign is no more, they just haven't changed the sign yet. Well I would not have ordered had I known. He wouldn't give me the difference in price back, told me he didn't take my receipt! Then he printed a receipt for me that was incorrect and told me that's my order. I told him they're going to get sued for false advertising, that they cannot post a sign with a price and not give that price, and he said you are talking rude I am not going to listen, and walked away. He could barely speak English. I will never go back to KFC again, they just lost a lifetime customer. I will call the corporate office tomorrow to file a formal complaint. Never again!
Fast drive through hit the spot
customers are always rude . food is always cold and not fresh . employees are terrible . choose another KFC people . i promise ..
This particular location though the air conditioning was super cold so make sure you bring a sweater
Family meals are a bit expensive. Food is good and filling. Service is fast and staff friendly.
I once again tried this place and once again had missing food that I paid for.. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone..
Customers required to wear mask. 1 employee was not. Server was rude and refused to give senior discount.
