I ordered a #5 Vito with no capicola. I just opened my sandwich and there is no salami on my sandwich. They only put capicola, which is specifically what I did not want on my sandwich. There was barely any lettuce or sauce. And they didn’t even put cheese. Super upsetting to give specific directions on how you want your sandwich to be made, but it is made completely incorrect. And to not even have the ingredients that come on the sandwich, like cheese. This location is extremely inconsistent in their service, which is upsetting since the prices are fairly high. Will not be coming back.
Been going here for a while now. Not sure what's going on but something is definitely not clean here. Might be old food but I am assuming unsanitary conditions. I got food poisoning again from this place! Last time, I gave it a benefit of a doubt but this time for sure it was from here. Not sure if they are not wearing gloves or if the sandwich board is not wiped down/ sanitized. The bread tasted old, and lettuce and tomatoes tasted bitter like it was unwashed. Last time I was there, I literally a guy sweeping and pickup trash with his hands, then walk behind the prep area, not wash his hand and put on gloved to prepare a sandwich! Who does that?!? How can they not know dirty hands transfers onto the gloves when grabbing and putting on the gloves. Needless to say, these workers need proper training on Food Handling and Safety. Love Jimmy John's but never ever going to this place again.

We were okay when they didnt have all the ingredients we wanted....BUY Was shocked to see the avocado sauce we got on the side for a $1 and it was only a spoonful. Disappointing!!! Will likely go to subway next time.

I noticed there were a few good reviews of this place, but they are also many years old. And back then, I would agree with them. I usually frequent this place as they make a tasty sandwich. But just recently I noticed the sandwiches seem to have been downsized. From the bread to the ingredients. And instead of raising the prices like everyone else, they just cut the size, which in turn affects the quality and value. The sandwich still tastes good, you just don't get the bang for the buck. Will most likely be my last visit. Bummer.
Acceptable service and food, but much more could have been done correctly.As a prior jimmy johns employee, I could see many things being done wrong, which ultimately lead to confusion and a time-consuming visit.One's experience varies location to location, and for some reason the sandwiches all taste different at different locations. This is an acceptable place for a quick bite to eat, but you do not get what you pay for in terms of quality and taste. However, the cookies and chips are good, and there is a decent variety of soft drinks available.
It was my fiance Don's very FIRST TIME at Jimmy Johns. I've loved you guys since 2001 wayyyyy back in Alexandria, Minnesota. After a little hesitation and finally finding a store that was close and open we FINALLY made it thru the drive thru of Jimmy Johns!! I am happy to report he loved it just like I do!!! Unfortunately, Don has fallen so ill due to extremely bad asthma and asthmatic attacks!! I've been out of work to care for him and it's been hard on both of us. If I were still working I'd bring him JJ's every night or every day for lunch but I just can't afford it right now. Thanks for making a day we had together special!!!!
