I’ve been to several Jersey Mikes but Yorba Linda by Chilis is my favorite. The restaurant was spotless, the staff friendly and perfect sandwiches

Nothing more frustrating than to pick up my order and get to my destination and find out it's wrong! I ordered White Bread and got Rosemary! I've noticed the Service from this store has gone down hill!

This is the 3rd time this happens to me. I get in line they get my order I head over to cashier and pay. I come to realize everyone in front of me has gotten their order and they haven't even started on mine. Take in mind they took my order while I was in line. I had to wait for 30-40min to get my sandwich.
Fast and good. The atmosphere is just... Different. Going into a Subway just gives you not a fresh vibe but a "fast-food-we-cooked-this-hot-sub-in-five-seconds-vibe. I mean Subway is good but... Jersey Mike's is better. It just gives off a beachy... Is that a word?. It's gives off a vibe of a shoreside resturaunt. Much better than some franchised sandwich shop
