I like how this location has made their drive-thru accessible and yet out of the way of Street traffic. It's a clean place with nice workers that you expect. Couple of nice outdoor tables to sit at and relax while you eat. Plenty of indoor seating. And good parking
A really good spot for a quick bite with friends! Love to have my burgers and fries well done and they do it just right here! You already know the service at in-n-out is fast and kind.
Was very disappointed that the girl at the money window over charged me by $14.50, then had the nerve to cop an attitude with me for challenging her addition. Come to find out she was charging me for someone else's order. Manager had to get involved to correct the problem. She just gave me my lunch free for the inconvenience. I wouldn't have minded paying just not the amount she was charging for 2 burgers and 2 cokes.. $24.58..nope not today..
Always friendly staff. Great burgers and fries. Drive thru line a bit slow, but moves along well enough.
I should be raving about this place as I am a huge fan. Have always been. And it’s in my hometown so why only four stars? The quality of the food and service seems to be not as important as the flashy location and their clean signature building. Maybe spend less on construction and more on training your employees. I was always inspired to see how Anaheim hills kitchen works. Same goes for my other favorite: LAX location - talk about busy, right? Live up to the reputation and you get the Michelin star ;) tip: dine in and enjoy the the crispy burger (take out for soggy cold food)
the drive-thru experience was quit good, the staffs here are friendly, and the hamburgers are delicious as always.....
It was ok my burger was great my wife said hers was vary salty and didn't eat it ,the in-n-out I eat is on La Palma and Imperial I have never had any issues At the La Palma and Imperial locations
If you like simple burgers with a simple menu, this is the place. If you've been to In-N-Outs, this is one of the nicest. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. The drive thru is long and its design serves a purpose as allievating traffic of cars around the surrounding the establishment. Access is easy. Plenty of parking. Friendly and fast service.
Brand new and looks good. The drive through was efficient and fast. The food quality was great and consistent with the In N Out standard.
