I come to this location because its near my home. I need to stop coming here. They constantly lack employees which means they can't make ANY FOOD. The coffee is made poorly. The amount of time you wait in line is absolutely insane. I've been to many dunkin donuts and this is by far the worst. Bring back better employees and management. This kids are clueless. Its been months and months now. How is this place still open?!
Person who took my order was nice at the drive thru but that is where it ended. Service was slow and an item was forgotten. While waiting I had seen the crew messing around in back so that made think, I better check my order. Never mind the cashier didn't try to input my gift card, just half heatedly to tried. Their printer is not working so I can't put in a survey about my experience. I wont be coming to this location.

Tasty baked goods and specialty coffee drinks. Bottled soft drinks and water are also available. Breakfast sandwiches are available during morning hours (but sadly, not later). A fun pick-me-up, with adequate nutritional value if you're careful.
The coffee tasted horrible and after seeing the way the put together their sandwiches together I won't eat there either.I places my order. Coffees, sandwiches, bacon stips and hashbrowns.I saw the teenager putting the food together touch his face repeatedly and then proceed to wipe his hand on his jeans. After that and without even changing a glove grabbed a handful of bacon to put to cook.I asked for a refund and told the manager what I saw. I didn't see them throw any of the food.
They had the door locked at 7:45am with no signs stating it was drive thru only. I had unknowingly placed a mobile order before arriving to be picked up in person and did not have time to wait in their absurdly long line for drive thru. I had to immediately leave with no drink in hand in order to make it to work, and they have not picked up their phone so I can't even cancel my order. Avoid!!!!
Order completely wrong. I ordered 2 maple bars, 2 sugar donuts, 2 apple fritters, and 1 cinnamon roll. I didn't get maple bars, sugar donnut and shorted one apple fritters. I ended 3 cinnamon rolls one apple fritter, 2 powder donuts an a regular donut. How can they get it so wrong. They weren't even busy. It is too much trouble to go back. Very disappointed in quality of service.
Really bad at answering calls. They lock the store doors. If i placed a mobile order before leaving my house 10-15min prior I am not trying to wait in the drive thru line 30min to pick it up, being able to walk into the store to get my order is a plus, but can't do that whe the doors are locked.They also sit on your order when completed and continue working on others. What's the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait20+. Timeliness needs work.
Very very bad DunkinUsed to be great. I’ve gone almost everyday since they opened. Now it has no management. No one cares. They may be open or they may not show up. They may have donuts or maybe not. You will wait.Some of the kids try hard but with no management other than other high school kids it’s a mess nowWhat a shame .There coffee is great that’s why I kept going back like a slave to the taste.
Food was great, drinks (coffee) was some of the best I've ever had. Very good. The downside is drinks are a bit slow, so if you order a drink or are in the drive thru and someone in front orders a drink it might take a min. But we'll worth it.
