Very quick service, no wait, our server's was alway come to see if we need something or water, great service 100%
Nice to see it busy. Had some issues with the card system and had to pay cash. We had to ask after our server a couple of times, as she would disappear for long stretches.
They were a bit busy when I was there, so service was kind of slow, as well as it got a little sloppy for us when the guy that delivered the food to the table set the tray down, and it fell on the floor, getting soup all over the floor, and even on my jacket. It wasn't dry clean, and I needed to wash it anyway, so I did the next day.It took a while to get the replacement appetizers for myself and one roommate, which was fairly quickly followed by our entrees.I think things were a little bit cooler than I would have preferred that night, but everything tasted fine.Other than those few things, everything was okay.It was actually the first time I had been to this location, which we went to because as a time we left there was no waiting to get a table, but there was a bit of a wait by the time we got there. At least it wasn't as bad as some of the other locations, from when I saw online.My chicken crispers actually came out a little on the crisp side rather than kind of almost soggy as they are much of the time at another location or two that I've been to, so I did like that.We may be back another time, especially if one of the locations has a 90 to 120 plus minute wait.
This place has great portions! Happy Hour is also the best time to go! Our server was great!
Friendly staff. Good environment to watch sports games. It can be quite crowded because the booths and tables are so close together.
I used to love coming to this chili's... Maybe it's poor staffing, which can be fixed with good management, but quality has just gone down. Had to ask for a refill on drinks multiple times, quesadilla my wife ordered was more like chips with fried cheese. Food obviously sat waiting under the heating lamp before getting to our table. Not a super busy night either.
Something for everyone. Great atmosphere.

Outdoor dining available. Slices are HUGE, with amazing cheese pull and a somehow more amazing crust. The crunch, the texture, the GLUTEN! Delicious.
