Went to drive thru because inside was closed and waited in the line tried to order 2 quesaritos for my wife and then they said sorry thats a online only item who the heck has the time to order online ahead of time to then have to go thru the drive thru for their meal its fast food why isolate specific items on the menu to be online only is just plain bad buisness sense and dont get me wrong the employee was very kind in telling me that unless i ordered online i cant have that so that being the case his politeness earned the second star otherwise easy 1 to 0 for bad management lost me as a customer unfortunately i really like their beefy 5 layer burritos
Pulled through the drive thru, waited 25 minutes before I even got to order. Then I was informed that drinks were unavailable for which I was never given a proper reason, and I was told they could not take the drink charge off my combo price. Then I waited another 15+ minutes for the food to get made. Just absolutely incredibly slow service, especially for a drive thru.
The staff at the window is usually really nice. Food is garbage.
I'm allergic to onion so I order my bean burritos without it and they decided to give me 1 with onion on HALF of my burrito. Wasted money ?
Was fast and something that was needed so I didn't go shopping hungry.
"WHY TACO BELL?" Why on earth would you take away the iconic Mexican pizza? So many loyal taco bell consumers are very upset at this. The Mexican pizza has been on taco Bell's to favorites list, and now it's gone with no way to special order it. This is "TRAGIC" please bring back the Mexican pizza.This branch is not the issue, the complaint is for taco bell as a Buisness itself.
Usually quick convenient place to go which is a plus, but, only thing that knocked them down to a four is that I thought they served cinnamon twists but I seemed to only get plain twists which are much less flavorful
In the 70's, portions were LARGE.Good bargain back then! (Little now) at all taco bells.
The crunchy 4 tacos and 4 5-layer burrito boxes with plenty of hot sauce packs is my personal favorite and best deal in fast food currently IMO with all the price gauging and inflation lately!
Sat in drive thru for 30 mins decided to walk in and to my surprise everyone was standing around making jokes and not focused on the job at hand it’s sad ??
