MY SUB WAS SO FRESH AND TASTY ?
This place may need to hire new staff member that really want to work there and treat customers nicely.
I travel a lot and eat in a lot of quick restaurants. Customer service unfortunately has been lost to a lot of them. This experience was very pleasant and I thought I should give the young man a shout out.When I arrived he was stocking and cleaning. The place looked very clean and inviting. He gave excellent customer service and moved quickly without making me feel rushed. My sandwich was excellent and all the veggies were at the perfect temperature. Great job young man!!
Would give 3.5They never answer the phone, Stop taking mobile orders way too early, they don’t except the buy one get one deal and whenever I ask for extra sauce I never get it. It’sBUTthere are nice employees And the food is fresh so that’s good at least I come here often but not as often as I would since they shut down mobile orders before I’m done working sometimes I can’t use my coupons it’s frustrating enough I had to say something
White kid behind counter 8pm ish tue 5/4/21. Made sure bread was great, was fast but yet at a courteous pace. Something that takes talent. Thought I was at in and out or Starbucks with his treatment. Thanks bud! Taking pride in what you do.
Amazing service and the food is great, everyone is extremely nice and they make the food very fast. 10/10
the young lady(worker) politely asked the middle aged woman to wear a mask, although as for the customer (mad woman) refused and did not want to cooperate... mam we are in a pandemic and for you to be fighting a teenager is kind of embarrassing...lol

The service was great and i was very happy with the pricing
they never answer the phone for the curbside .and they do not validate the offer to buy 2 subways and get one free. Why is the offer in the app but they don't make it valid and I don't know why.
