The last couple of times I ordered a chopped salad on the app...the salad wasn't chopped. There is nothing more irritating then getting a salad with meat sliced that arent cut up.For now on I guess I will not use the app to order and just go into the store, so I can make sure my order is correct.
Service at this subway is about the worst I've ever seen... there are 3 subways in woodland and I seem to have to go across town any time I want subway because of how horrible customer service is at this location.Thought I'd give it another try and save some time but as I arrived there was quite long line. Just as I walk in one of the two employees went on break leaving long line for one employee (how rude of her). The other employee may have been new for he was working extremely slow. I began to get impatient and decide to go to another subway location after all. When I drove by again I saw the same customers still waiting to be served.
By far the best subway shop in town. The owner/manager is super nice and accommodating. Very clean and fast.
This is the very first time I ever seen this & I can't believe that I nearly been waiting for about 15 minutes. Usually there open & I also knocked the door & I even tried to call ? but nothing. I'm very disappointed ? at this moment smh ??

No wonder this outlet has better ratings. The working staffs are quick and helpful as always. I would like to thank the management team for hiring such nice people.
The service was good they were prompt to greet and ask what i needed, showed them my coupon and proceeded to do my order, fast, polite i will come back
The food is good very respectful and the place is always clean
