Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The employees are rude and would not charge me for what I ordered. Instead they decided to charge me for a more expensive drink that was similar to my order and chose to argue with me about it. She tried telling me the other stores were making/charging me wrong but this is the only one out of many that gave me a problem.
Worst Starbucks yet. Only drive through. Won’t allow vehicles like passenger vans through due to height clearance. Won’t service someone who walks up to the drive through due to “safety hazard” cause someone can strike you with a vehicle. Yet someone on a motorcycle is allowed, because no one on a motorcycle has ever been struck by a vehicle. Laughable excuses to follow brutal “protocol”. F this place.
Cool place if out for a walk great place to charge ur phone and relax with a coffee
No service here. Find another Starbucks tried to order coffee near the time they open. Surprisingly they don’t open until 6:30. Waited to see 3 employees sitting around. They then put up a notice that the lobby was closed. Refused to serve me through the drive up window. Bad management.
Fantastic atmosphere, professional courtesy. So around excellent store. I don't normally give 5 stars, unless it's well deserved, having said that, I more then fell it is appropriate here
There is walk in, I went to drive thru, the line was crazy and they even don't have coffee brewedBad experience ?
I get so tired of coffee places screwing up my order, especially how much they cost!! Husband ordered me a mocha made with almond milk with whip and it is nothing like that, it tastes like black strong nasty coffee!!! And we were driving they so I can't Even get my coffee fixed or get money back!!ughhhhh.Why ask what you want if you can't follow directions?
Great service and great food. Just the drive thru open tho?! Open your restrooms please. You could get a five star then.
Reviews painted this place as a dump with awful staff this is untrue, though not the most clean Starbucks I have ever been in the staff was helpful and not as rude or unprofessional as other reviews tainted them honestly this is a nice Starbucks my only real issue with it is as said earlier the level of cleanliness and organization of the layout and bathrooms-all in all not the best Starbucks but not the worst
Most disorganized Starbucks in California/Nevada. Terrible customer service, mediocre drinks. They are the Muhammad Ali of poorly run Starbucks. Drive to the Davis Starbucks and back, and you'll save yourself time.
