This location is consistently unable to handle a rush with efficiency and pride. The staff make repeated apologies with no demonstrated intention of improving the situation.Update: I was too harsh. Overall, this is a pretty great Starbucks. The staff do a good job.

Wish I could give ZERO stars! This is possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Of the 4 in Woodland, it is certainly my last resort. They are rude, your wait time is 20 to 30 minutes, even after sending in a mobile order. Mobile orders are the least of their priorities. They will act as though you have inconvenienced them if you ask where your missing items are. They rarely make your e6nk correctly. They often claim that they didn't receive part of the mobile order. Then it miraculously appears after you show them your order on their app. After all of that, they will still put you behind all other orders they are currently working on. The only reason I went today was due to the other 3 Starbucks we're closed (supply issues). Normally I avoid Ashley/Main like the plague & you should too!!!

I am not sure why the Starbucks in town are closing so early. It almost seems that they should close later because of the cold weather. I was in the drive thru at 6:25pm and waited for someone to take my order but no one responded. I was able to see someone inside by the window but I guess they were closed. It would be nice if they can let people know that its closed or place a sign at the drive thru entrance. I gave it a 2 star because I have purchased from this location in the past and I havent had an issue but in the last couple of months the service has not been great. Also, not sure why they close so early.

Boo on service. Can't get an order right to save their own lives. I would blame the owners, they have no idea how to manage and hire/train personnel.

I'm unsure what is happening with this location. Usually, there's barely any staff to accommodate the foot traffic that goes inside. It seems that the focus is on the drive-through. So, when you go inside to order it's usually a 15+ minute wait.For some reason there's never ANY cold brew/nitro brew. 80% of the time this location usually out or the machine is broken. Lastly, this location does NOT enforce their own mask policy. I happily adhere to their rules but there's multiple people that are inside with no masks. The employees simply don't say anything to these individuals.Starbucks needs to either hire more employees, pay them better, or this location is simply ran poorly. I don't expect to get catered to, but the shift if quality has really been noticeable.

Went to this location the drive thru 12-11-21 at about 2:30, at the window I could tell it was the same barista I had ordered with, name is Asha(?) She opened the window, starred at me, I showed her my app, closed window, opened & gave me my tea & croissant, closed window, open window & gave me my coffee. This barista did not say one word to me, not even a “Hi” or “here you go”Extremely disappointed with the customer service here

OK service. Just wish they were friendlier.

Staff is always friendly and my order is always right.

Good location spot in Woodland, the store is immaculate, had everything in stock, bathroom was more clean than any Starbucks I have entered.Staff was very nice. My only complaint is that my latte was a little underpowered. Otherwise a great Starbucks location.
