As a nursing home resident, if I want decent food, I have to have food delivered. My experience with Panda Express has always been positive. My order was prepared and delivered promptly. Very happy with both food and delivery. Will definitely order again.
My son didn't eat anything that day. We went to Panda and ordered. Immediately after, within 30 minutes my son became violently ill. He missed work and school for days. Needless to say, they did not care. I was told by the store manager and customer service guy that they would not do anything. She then gave me a fake corporate number, which led to four fake numbers. Thanks to Google, I found it. The lady that answered was rude and disrespectful. I said something to my family and she told me that if I said it again that she would hang up on me. I told her that I wasn't talking to her or about her. She then said," I don't care, I'll hang up and you won't be able to complain about anything,because I won't answer when you call back." She hung up and did not answer for hours. Oh and Noone ever apologized or showed concern.
Luv Panda Express...chow mien, pork fried rice, orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and those crispy flowery things with cream in the middle...delicious!!
Really like the food but the employees mess up my order almost every single time, the last time the kid at the window tried blaming me for their mistake.
It can get busy due to rhe drive thru orders. I paid for my food and was told it would be a 7-8 minute wait. I paid for my food and waited right next to the counter 15 minutes later I was still waiting since they forgot about my order. Then they forgot to give me forks,fortune cookies, sauce and napkins. The most frustrating part was they told me they had put it in the bag. However I had to go back another time since they had forgotten to put in the napkins.
I liked the place n location, it seems disorganized, when the food displayed is running out, the serving personnel wait till is all gone to request more which holds the line n ppl get the wrong orders
I got raw, chewy, undercooked meat. They were extremely busy at the time. But cutting corners like that isn't the way to go. They can make someone get really sick.
Been going to the woodland panda several times a week.every time I have gone they are out of fried rice.i tried different times through out the week.not sure if the manager is aware of this.or just doesn't care about customers. SO IF YOU LIKE FRIED RICE CALL BEFORE YOU GO.
Im not a fan of fake Chinese but out. In the boonies cant [email protected]$€ .
What is there to say. Decent Chinese at a decent price with virtually instant service.
