I like their sandwiches but Woodland location have issues and their customer service sucks!! The top 3 issues that they can't fix and need a rehaul are (1) Only open til 4pm on Saturdays. (2) If a customer orders three sandwiches, all of the employees help that one customer instead of helping the next customer. (3) Lack of supplies such as bread and cheese. Bread not baked until the bin is bare and don't like bringing cheese from the back.
Had this fantastic Ruben sandwich while having lunch with the hubs. The staff greeted us as we entered and was attentive. My Ruben was delicious. Got a couple kids meal PBJs to go.
Absolutely THE BEST franchise out there! The food. Immaculate. The service. Stupendous. The way the employees know how to treat the customers was such a delight. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a good time (: Happy New Years folks

Mr. Pickles sandwichs are the beat
