Of all the McDonald’s this one is by far one of the worse. Every time I do decide to go here I keep hoping maybe they have improved and every time I am let down. If you want to go someplace to have your order wrong, take forever, poor quality (compared to other McDonald’s) or have the rudest people around help you this is your place, if not I would recommend driving a few more miles and find another location.
They are the only ones with good iced tea. Lol
I've been coming here for a quick bite for a while now, but I have never received good customer service here.Today really took me for a ride. I ordered my food, paid, but got the wrong amount in change. When I brought it up, they gave me the wrong amount again. I had to wait over 10 minutes for them to get two managers to count the entire register just to confirm I did in fact give them exactly how much I said. When I finally received my correct change, I received zero apologies or words from anyone. It was incredible, really. I apologized to them for the inconvenience it may have caused them, but they caused me to be quite late for my doctor appointment, and made me feel like it was my fault.
I always order my sons cheeseburger plain, he's autistic and he won't eat it if it's not plain. They got his cheeseburger wrong so I called and they asked me to go back. I also have a newborn and it's very cold out but with a hungry kiddo I loaded them back up with mile high gas prices to get his burger. I guess I expected a cookie or an apology with it but nope. I understand people make mistakes but I repeated it twice to make sure it was made correctly. Happens all the time here, I usually check it but of course the times I don't it's wrong.
The day shift is very good at what they do night shift needs a lot of work
This is what I call fast food, when I first arrive to the drive thru, I almost not entered, there were lots of cars, but I did, and the line move very quickly and the food was hot and ready, thanks.
Well the food was fresh customer service I give a five but they did forget french fries a large fries

Placed my order on the app. Checked in as soon as I parked. My order was ready about two minutes after arriving to the counter.
This place sucks , i order hamburgers without pickles everytime , guess what they give me ?Frickin pickles. Next time I'll show them a real pickle .
