Service at this one is garbage. When The pandemic 1st hit we stopped by there and the drive-through worker wasn't wearing a mask and I asked her "aren't you guys supposed to wear a mask ask" and she said "well you're you're not wearing a mask?" That's just one example of the fine customer service you will receive at this lovely restaurant
Wow! Just wow! I have never waited so long at a fast food joint. I was one of three people in the lobby and waited more than thirty minutes to put in my order. The order came out ten minutes later. I ordered one sourdough jack. The sandwich was put together very nicely.
Horrible customer service towards my son as we were at the drive thru around 10pm last night. They got my kids order wrong, so when my son went back up and ordered more food, and then told them we didn't get everything we paid for with the first part, their response was "this guy really over here complaining over a chicken nugget". And then didn't fix the order. Who says that to a child? I tried calling this location, but no one was answering. I'd like to hear from someone about this.
Had an excellent experience here! The girl at the drive thru was very friendly and everything carefully packed to perfection. My food was fresh and hot there was no wait. Thank you! Best chicken sandwich ever!
Since most fast food places have gone to hell as of late, I was not expecting much, but I was really impressed with the service and speed here. Not on the level of my local Arby's, but pretty close. Good job, folks. Thank you for your hard work.
If I could I would have given them a 0 star, they got my order wrong, for the thing I did get in my order a simple cheese burgers were dry they didn't add ketchup or mustard in them. The crew was rude and very unprofessional. Employees were on their phones and you can see they their wireless ear buds in their ears. I will never come back just because the customer service washorrible.

Sat in line twenty minutes and then they declined my card but I received a message of a charge. I ordered two loaded bacon breakfast sandwiches with hash browns and two large cokes n two chocolate cakes .at the window I got one large during two cakes and a buttery jack after having to pay in cash. And nobody will answer the phone
Never Eat Here!!!! They're disgusting! And are about to spread Covid!!! ? Everytime we eat there its garbage. We were hoping to get lucky tonight and order a bunch of the same thing. Chicken sandwiches. We figured They'd come out fresh but hell no, these jokers double fried old patties instead of cooking them fresh. The fries were cold as well. We were asked to park around back and they'd bring it to us and they took it to the car next to us. After the the other guest touched my food with his bare hands the employee brought it to us. So gross, these people are trash. $22.00 gone. My fault for going back I guess, they're just conveniently located.
