So this is the second time ordering within the last two weeks, having the same experience both times. I placed an online order, estimated pickup time was an hour when I get there an hour and 15 minutes later they haven't even begun to prep it yet. Told me about 30 more minutes I ended up trying to call them an hour into to waiting to see if my order was started or not and ended up waiting on hold the whole 15 minutes to get there and they didn't answer.. Just shut this location down or just fire them all and start over dominos it's ridiculous!
the food has always been good quality but several times now they mark the order as ready and then never show up to the car or answer the phones- you just get charged when they mark it complete several hours later and all you can do is make a claim with your bank or cc. or they immediately complete your order when you say you arrive- and you’ll wait in the parking lot indefinitely because they don’t answer the phone or bring the order out.
The pizza is always good, they just keep forgetting the parmesan cheese and paper plates. Other than that the food is great and delivery is very quick. So thanks for the great work, just remember the parmesan cheese and paper plates.
I’m a night shift worker, me and my coworkers were starving and ordered pizza online delivery they didn’t prep the pizza I called them and they didn’t picked up I waited 30 min on call hoping they will pick up but they didn’t l. Been an hour and still haven’t prepped or notified me they can’t make it I’m very disappointed
Holy wow. It takes over two hours for them to deliver, and they put you on hold for ever. Horrible timing. Cold pizza.
Domino's has really stepped up their game, at least this store has. Absolutely superior pizza at decent prices. I have been away from Domino's for some time but decided to try them again after being disappointed with the other local restaurants. I was so pleasantly surprised. Awesome food, very good prices. I definitely recommend!!
I used to like Domino's but despite their hours saying open until 2AM, they just .. ignore your order if placed between 8:30 and 9pm. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Nobody answers the phone, you can't file a complaint online because their stupid automated system won't let you complain because the pizza "never left the restaurant." despite having never moved out of the "preparing" stage 2 hours ago. I've ordered many pizzas and other dishes from Domino's over the years and I used to be a big supporter, but you have now lost a customer for good. I can't even post this review right now because apparently I need to rate Domino's at 1 star or above. This company rates ZERO stars. Buy local, and encourage your community restaurants to pay their staff a living wage.
The delivery took over 2.5 hours. I tried to call to cancel but they wouldn't answer the phone. I asked the delivery girl and she said sorry, I am new and I am not allowed to answer the phones
i would never charge anyone $50 to pick their food up off the ground..yall should fire your delivery dude lol
They do not tell you when your order is going to be up to 2hrs for delivery. According to their tracker app, it took over an hour just to get from them prepping the pizza, to the oven. Have experienced this multiple times. Order elsewhere or making your own will be faster.
