Some of the best chicken fried steak I've had in a while. Very kind weight staff. Plenty of breakfast options. Just a nice diner overall.
Good food and friendly staff
There is nothing fresh here, and the cooking is not great. Service is decent, but if you have an issue like inedible chicken, there is no apology and very little discounted - even if you couldn’t eat any of the meal. They need a lesson in customer service - especially with their menu. Really was hoping for better.
Service was fabulous, steak was huge and everything was fresh. I have been hesitant to go back after owner change, but I have been missing out. It is now my go to. Real food, real value
Good chicken fried steak with milk white gravy. Hot fresh made. Brother had the scramble he said it tasted like a denver omelet.
We wanted to like this place. Woodland could use some more good restaurants. Reviews seemed good. We ordered 3 different entrees. Chicken strips were that dark overcooked brown. Regular crinkle cut frozen fries. Salad was from a bag of iceberg with flecks of red cabbage, bottled dressing and thats it. Prime rib looked okay. Poor flavor, weird even. Pork chop was inedible; breaded, greasy and a horrible flavor. Had to refuse that one and asked for a dinner salad instead. Same iceberg/dressing low energy offering just bigger. They did not remove the $20 pork chop from the ticket. The service was decent. But the waitress was unapologetic about the situation with the chop. Cross this place off your list.
Once again their food is excellent customer service is pretty fast didn't even know the lines are atrocious I keep going back because you get through the line pretty quick
Delicious had a cheeseburger the fries are the best the ranch amazing great family business authentic food warm cozy and biting must try turkey cream soup easy parking a must try
