The drive through girl that works Thursday night at 9 cannot make a milkshake. Twice now same girl, I get a lump of ice cream and milk. Nothing blended. Blows my mind these people want 15 bucks an hour and they can't even make a simple milkshake. I refuse to give this location another try. Big fat 0 stars I'd give negative stars if I could. I shouldn't have to take my milkshake home and blend it myself.
Menu board had incorrect prices on medium & large fries but person in charge (manager on vacation) wouldn’t honor prices shown. Food delivered lukewarm. Person in charge said if we wanted our burgers & fries hot, we should have ordered them ‘well done’.
Pretty good food. Arrived in reasonable time. I went to this one because the lobby was open.

Terrible service. Everybody in woodland agrees that this place is ran like garbage. Been here every month or so hoping that it would improve. Today, I find that my loaded breakfast burrito meal came with cold hash browns and a burrito with only eggs. Yup. No hash browns, no cheese or anything. Before this, my father got a superstar...but it came without cheese. This is one time of many experiences, and indeed, the LAST TIME until I hear some serious changes are made. Who the heck is running this place? Why isn't corporate hammering down on this?
I really don't eat Carl's Jr but my son insisted. I had the grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. It was really good. And I loved the hash browns/tater tots..I will go back
Burgers are still really good. Somehow Carl's has managed to maintain decent workers who give good customer service.
A little pricey but I love the western bacon cheeseburger from here
Yeah they are a little more on the pricey side but I ALWAYS get HOT food. So that makes it all worth the extra price.
Clean, courteous and fast. Food was delicious.
