Had a large order, didn't take as long as other Arby's. But, the roast beef sandwich was lacking some beef and it was pretty dry. Customer service was great. I will return and see if food improves.

Service is consistently slow. Just went into the store for the first time. Despite being the only one in the store. It was pretty gross inside. Trash cans were overflowing. Bathroom was a mess, sink was backed up.Always seems as if the employees are annoyed to see yet another customer enter the building. Probably why there's rarely anyone in there

Our order took awhile! It's was really good once we got it though...we were the only customer in the drive thru & the Restaurant. Not sure what the hold up was?

Guy at the window couldn't do anything without help.Assistant manager not much better.I was using the 50% off briskit sandwich ,he couldn't "find it "on the register so offered 1$ off. When i said no way he suddenly found it on the register. My sandwich had a small dab of bbq sauce and a dab of mayo so very dry with fries on top.Fries were almost raw with no salt. This arbys had no one in line and will probably not last!

Good service clean and employees were very friendly and polite . Food was great.

Arby's is my favorite chain restaurant and I was so happy when they put one in town, but the service here is really horrible at times.

The sandwich was hard and dry and the man that took my money in the drive-thru was very rude.

So I've gone to this location maybe 3 or 4 times on my lunch break around 5 or 6pm. And I don't know what it is about these shift members around this time but everytime I order they barely get my order right. I remember one day I was short two sandwiches then then next day they gave me mozzarella sticks instead of my nuggest that I ordered. Not to mention they gave me a marinara pocket that was already ordered. I think they're young and this is their first jobs or something but management need to have a peep talk with them.

As another reviewer pointed out, the quality of beef here is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's fresh, other times it's dry. Because of this fact, this deters me from eating here at times.
