That was horrible experience with my salmon sandwich. They serve me a bunch of onions on the top and couldn’t find my salmon there.To finish I ask worker about order, he said, “that’s how we serve salmon sandwich”. Not recommend!

Interesting experience after growing up on Brooklyn style bagles. I've now had my lox on three different bagles, plain, onion and cheese with jalapeños, and have to say they really are very good. The location on Ventura near Topanga Cyn seems to have a lot of regulars, which generally speaks well of consistency. Staff is friendly enough, lox (with all the toppings) was excellent and I've really enjoyed it every time I've been. I expect if I lived nearby they'd see me on every shopping day if not more. Highly recommend.

The bagel was very good. The service was good. Apart from some dingbat customers talking loudly about their political views, it was a good experience. ??
Do not order from this place. They will not start preparing your order until you show up to pick it up. If that’s not enough they will serve the customers first then make your order which will take another 10-30 minutes. If they were busy it would be understandable but every time I’ve been there there’s more employees than customers at the store. Terrible.
