This place is insanely good! Fresh, hearty ingredients. Has a comforting Sunday Supper style. I haven’t been to the restaurant, yet. I keep ordering delivery. I feel well satiated after eating here. Excellent go-to!

I love Urban Plates. The food is yummy and healthy, and for someone like me who struggles with dairy and gluten allergies, this is one restaurant where there is actually SO much for me to eat. I would eat there everyday if I could. The restaurant has a great vibe and an outdoor patio if you prefer to eat outside. I love their roasted carrots and beets, roasted potatoes and white meat chicken-I don't know how they do it, but it's so soft and succulent. They also have a ton of amazing, healthy, organic salads. The food is consistently good, it's like my home away from home. Highly recommend!
The worst part about this for me is that I was not able to be there to experience the taste of the food. The Woodland Hills location was WONDERFUL to work with. They took care of making sure the delivery was made on time and everything was labeled for the intended person. We had about 15 entrees ordered and all I heard was how awesome the food was. It was a great experience and I only hope I can go and eat there one day and enjoy. Thank you all for such amazing food and service!
Was shocked when I went inside. Absolutely beautiful establishment with friendly staff and amazing food. Essence was very friendly and helped us navigate the menu. I got the herb chicken plate and the chicken was very flavorful and moist. My boyfriend got the sandwhich and he loved it. My patatoes were also very good as well as the Mac and cheese. I felt so healthy eating here after having a hard morning with no sleep and Mc Donalds for breakfast.
The salad leaves are not finely chopped, however the salad is fresh and delicious.

Great selection of healthy/organic foods, amazing atmosphere, and overall a very good experience. The food is always fresh and the staff are all wonderful, never had an issue. Their desserts look insanely good, haven’t tried it cause I don’t eat sugar as much, but wow! Highly recommend!
