This is a note for owner or store manager or who is responsible for customers experience. Really, who train it the guy at the window to deliver people's food with aggressive and rude attitude. I was at drive tru too picking up my order, (on 5/24/22 around of 10:30), The guy who delivered the food to me immediately ( in a second) told me please leave here! I asked him why are you in a hurry? He said because we have a timer here and we work with time !! What he thinks, other people work with their balls, for sure everyone works with time. There was no other car behind me. It's my and every customer's right to pick up their food, check it out, and get it right in their car. This ridiculous and unacceptable.

I just got burritos at this location at the drive through. I had a very unpleasant interaction at the ordering window. The person was not speaking clearly and obviously not hearing very well. She kept saying, “ I am sorry, I am sorry “at least 5 times. I was not sure what she was sorry about, but then, when I took my burritos home I realized why she was sorry about. The burritos were in liquid form….. I am serious, the whatever was supposed to be beef and beans was a strange mixture with the consistency of a baby food, it was definitely half of the size I get at other locations and almost inedible. I am quite upset because my husband is sick and that was the first meal he asked about and he did not get to enjoy it. What a shame that a reputable and well loved brand can disappoint when the people representing it do not put pride in what they do and tarnish the reputation of Taco Bell. I called to tell them about the bad food they give me but no one bothered to pick the phone.
They've been pretty good about getting the whole order right, and when they have forgotten something it was not hard to get it resolved. Quality has been pretty good, chalupas haven't been stale which I often get from taco bell.
Their new chicken sandwich taco is weird and a little to spicy for me. It would be nice if there was just a grilled or shredded version for those of us that don't care for burn your face off spicy food. I loved their Taco Bel Grande and wish they would bring it back to their menu and leave it be.
Encino Golf course is in phenomenal condition...best I've ever seen it.
Hit or miss! They have some kid on the drive thru that has the communication skills of Elmers glue. This kid needs to make tacos or do something else!
The employee here are so rude I called the place and they hung up 4 times then straight told me to never call here again need better employees and better training for their attitude
