Things to improve: Layout for ordering and waiting is awkward. Waiting for my order would be in the way of people ordering. The preparer was not sure what goes into the vegan sweetbox. The preparer also didn't know where my order went, so he had to rip into bags to confirm. The line wasn't long, so it isn't stress but probably just a long bad day of service. Food is okay, vibe is good.
Messed up my order. The entire taste of my meal was spoilt because of the sauce and the super salty overdose of the wasabi seasoning
It's just ok, but nothing special. The fish was good, but everything else was kind of lacking. I'd rather go somewhere else.
It is impossible to place an order online. 30 minutes of redirections. After going back and forth the order couldn’t be found and the cart stays empty.
Its OK. Nothing special. I got salmon with black rice. So they messed up my order - put white rice instead of black one. Rice or something else in the bowl had weird unpleasant flavor. Overall, this is the type of bowl clueless person would do.
I got me a sample box and a poke bowl, This is some of the tastiest poke I’ve tried. Would highly recommend food is super fresh and quality ingredients.
Bonded here with my preteen over lunch. Enjoyed the hip ambience and the oh-so-delicious food, and loved the friendly hosts.
