They only sell the strawberry cake seasonally, and now you can't even buy it by the slice. You either get a whole cake or nothing now, some people (a.k.a. most people) do not need a whole cake.No one is worried about the price.. it's already expensive.I'm upset because you guys offer a seasonal cake for 1 month and only offer it in whole cake form now, and do not give slices.. there is no point to even offer it.I can go to magnolia bakery and have them make any cake I want too if I needed a whole cake

Im am so angry at this locationI am a delivery driver that works with doordashthis merchant sometimes requests delivery for themselves for their online orderI took a order for a customer the customer showed me the invoice susie cakes charged them 25$ delivery fee and only gave me 5$ as the driver how did you guys calculate thisusually the driver gets the most of the delivery feeI am sorry for you guys to be so cheap and poor to take money from the driver that is working for you guys
I discovered SusieCakes a couple of weeks and the cupcakes were perfection. They were moist and the toppings great and I would say the best ever, 5 star all the way.I returned with high expectations. I actually asked Ashley if there was a trainee baker as visually they were not the same as my last visit. I was given the look and told that's how they are! The swirl was not consistent or as generous as my first time. When I got home my doubts were proved to be correct, the red velvet was overcooked with a very well done brown base. The coconut was also way drier than before, felt overcooked.I'm always surprised how the most sour of personalities are employed to sell the sweetest of products. Their attitude just comes off as blatant rudeness. Ashley you turn thank you into F U, but from reviews you appear to be consistent!
