They are so busy that they don't have enough time to keep wiping counters fast enough.
It was fine, less the bikini girls. My drink was fine. Ppl sitting done with no masks. My photography still hangs in majority of Starbucks.
It seems all Starbucks are known for their great products and great servers but this one has some really great people working here. Very lively and positive, especially Heather who went out of her way to make sure everything we needed was correct and we observed her syrpng work ethic as she was on top of other people's orders as well. There are a lot of Starbucks in this area but we're making this one our favorite for sure
I go to Starbucks every day because of my job. From San Diego to Sacramento. I can not say that this store ranks first, but I can safely say that no Starbucks branch in Southern California is like this store. Highly professional staff who prepare your order in the shortest time and also a very calm and friendly environment. Thank you to all the staff of this store.
This is one of the friendliest S-bucks I've been too. I've been to a lot of S-bucks! Lots!!!
Rude staff wants everyone to cluster all the way at the end to pick up food and drinks allowing for no social distancing. Don't have to tell me 500 times where to pick up food. I just don't want to stand huddled in a crowd. Staff needs to review city county and state health guidelines.
Every time I come to this location it's a mess to pick up your mobile order.Placed a mobile order at 8:22amI arrived at 8:47 to pick it up.One of my items was gone. No one calls out names for the order, they just place the drinks there so anyone can grab as they please. No one supervises handing out orders.The young lady in charge of heating up the bakery items overheard me saying to another employee twice that one of my items is missing and refused to make another one. Arrived late to my appointment because of having to wait for one of my items that was gone.Need to be better organized and have someone in charge of handing out orders. Latte didn't taste right,was watered down and had a weird aftertaste and was cold because of waiting.
Longest wait for a coffee yet - about 15min. Not even that busy. I’m sure I’m just unlucky and it’s normally good?!
They're stupid. Always have old guys bumping around at this location. Why isn't their homes for them to be at instead of publicly spaces. Wifi doesn't work here. Workers are not cool people, if run of the mill basic types are your comfort zone then go here.
Excelent customer service. I asked no ice in my drink and noone gave me a hard time unlike the one on reseda and nordhoff they are rude and wouldn't stop arguing with me.
