Never a good experience when a jr manager says “legally, I’m not allowed to [give you nitro in a large cup].” This is either a confused person, or an instance of poor training (or both). When Starbucks’ very own employees recite the urban myth that nitro in a large cup is “too much caffeine”, it must be a training problem. There may be good reasons to not do nitro in a large cup (taste, mouth feel, etc), and I’m ok with that. But “too much caffeine” is laughable yet sadly ignorant for a company that peddles caffeine. Or maybe they just wanted me to spend $10 on 2 grande drinks…ah yes! Follow the money.

It's more than 12 years we use there. It worth if we go to Woodland hills from Encino for this guys.
I don’t know what to expect but so my first visit there didn’t have all the ingredients to make me a drink so they had trouble getting the right drink. Done how ever they have to try and make it different from the original drink
I have been here several times and always this staff is friendly I'm very helpful. Because they didn't have a strong dark coffee brewed like French roast but they're medium strong Pikes Peak I wanted a shot of espresso in the coffee to give it a little more and caffeine. This particular coffee was about $3.75 but they decided not to charge me for the shot of espresso as they did not have the coffee that I wanted so it only cost 225 and of course I gave them $5 and said keep the change because these people live on their tips and especially at the holidays we need to give bigger tips to service people so they can have a happy holiday season as well as we do. I recommend this particular Starbucks wholeheartedly. And I assure you you will not be disappointed if you go there. By Stephen Valentino

Mobile orders are never ready and they just stand there and watch people pile in to wait. Also, quite unprofessional. The store needs a visit from higher management.
The staff here is pretty unprofessional. I order a simple coffee via mobile order. It’s never ready and I always wait. Staff seems like they have no clue what they’re doing. Plus, the homeless group right outside needs to go away. Take a little more pride in your business…..
