Customer servis -1Yesterday I was at the resturant and I noticed that the girl tried to scam me and the customer service was horrible. There was a girl over there after putting the food out to be cold and the worst part is they didn't even notify us in some sort of way. While I was waiting and 30 minutes passed by my food still wasn't there and then the food was so bad it was extremely cold and hard to eat and the worst part is I had work to go to and I arrived late because of this so Fix this now cause I'm never going to shirin ever again since that day!
Great communication, I just asked extra bread, offering money he said it’s ok, their salad was fresh, hummus wasn’t not oily and fresh 5 starts

Quality of food, TRASHYesterday, I ordered Ghormeh Sabzi, it was trash, I threw it to garbage, It was waste of money and time.it was like a soup,I found only 3 beans there. funny.I thought they gave me ASH.No napkins, no spoon or forks.They gave me food but no bread.I had to wait 22 minutes to get bread after they gave me junk food.I also ordered salmon.Not good.Rice was bad.I NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE..
Food is absolutely delicious, service is great, and everything is fresh and it’s very worth the money. They even gave me a free slice of cake.
I use to live in Los Angeles, I came back to LA after couple of years, I placed a order for Barg Kabob from Shirin, I got so sick that I spend all day and night in the bathroom , I don’t know what kind of meat they serve costumers but I will never ever eat from Shirin Restaurant AGAIN and I recommend that you think twice before eating any food from this Restaurant.
Great persian authentic food ?. Their service is great too.The only thing that I don't give them the 5 star is they asked us to give them cash instead of card and they told us they can give us some extra appetizers. So when we got there we saw that they only give us a small appetizers which doesn't make sense because we ordered for 10 people and that small appetizers doesn't look good.Anyway when my friend said that we changed our mind and I pay with card they changed the receipt and printed again. I don't know what was going on but it was very fishy.
good food, they had to cancel my order a few weeks back and recitified it for me. Food was authentic and they did not hold back on the safferon. Will come back again, thanks for the great service aswell.
