I ordered Chicken and tempura plate which should have white rice and dipping sauce to go. However, the order missing rice and dipping sauce. They should have carefully checking items before giving to customers instead of socialize with other workers.
Very bad service and bad attitude the women behind the counter where interested in gossiping than the take my order .
My first time trying this place was very disappointing. The staff was rude when I let them know they had given me an incomplete order. I can look passed that since I figured maybe they had a bad day. But the food itself, I can only describe as overpriced and bland.
We like the place for fast food but today I was despointed. I thought I order the combo. Tempora and roll. When I got the Plat. It was not the box combo I use to get. Ibgotc2 shrimps. 2 slice of zucchini and 2 green beans. Some spoiled tometos and a green salad. No miss soup no rice no sauce for the tampora. It is not ok to charge 13. 95 D. And cut on the food. No sauce in the table no extra napkins. Now you have to ask for sauce too.This is the end for me dining there the wait was long too.Never again you better go to sushi room. You will be better served . Am still so hungry ? and most of all starving.
Stopped by and tried the Milk Tea with Boba and Teriyaki chicken plate. I must say, both were really tasty and fresh. The tea cooled me off for a hot summer day. I’m definitely gonna visit again and try the new Taro flavor smoothie. Cheers!!!!!!

Ordered a few items for the family and was greeted with a very nice welcome from the cashier and staff. Also took home a Boba mango fruit slushy and wow, it was so refreshing. I WILL BE BACK SOOOOOOOON.
I've driven by this place for many years but, have never eaten there. Decided to try it out and I must say that their prices are way too high for the quality of food they offer. You might as well eat at a regular Japanese restaurant for the same price and better quality.
I went there today expecting to have a good experience. The cashier rang up my i order wrong. He later accused my card as being declined loudly in front of other customers. When I took my food home it looked disgusting, in edible, just disgusting it. looked like dog food. I will NEVER eat there again.
