Our server forgot items we ordered. She was rude when asked about it and seemed annoyed that we used a gift card for part of our check. Her name was Amanda and she definitely lessened the Ruth Chris experience.

We celebrated our joint birthdays again at our favorite steak house. Just hearing the sizzling steaks and smelling them made our mouths water. Our server was fantastic and our martinis were excellent! No, it is not cheap, but weâll worth the excellent steaks and service for a special occasion.
I have been to Ruthâs Chris a number of times but I have to admit this time exceeded my expectations. Everyone at the table was extremely pleased with the quality of service but especially the quality of the food that was served. It was cooked exactly right and served within a timely fashion. I would highly recommend a place. Iâm looking forward to seeing their new location when they move in the near future

Excellent wait staff, and helpful folks. Food was excellent again - This was the first time I tried the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms apps - WOW. really good. Only problem with the meal was we ate too much! M
Exceeded expectations. Everything was outstanding.
When we arrived we were shown to a small table by the kitchen partition even though it was my wifeâs birthday and the place was empty. We refused to sit there and were shown to a comfortable table. Manager never came to discuss. Service was excellent, food was good except for the baked potato which was small and overdone, not what we expected based on our previous visits. Complimentary desert was very good and appreciate the birthday plate! Will go back,
Started off well, are waiter was busy we ask for more bread, he said okay, about 15 min later he came back with out the bread he ask was everything okay, My husband ask him what did he forget, he ask my husband was he being funny he said No and at that point I felt he was being aggressive an my husband ask him again what did he forget, the waiter stepped back and said nothing I interjected an said Bread, then the waiter said O he turned to walk away and said they did not bring it, I thought why have anything else to say we ask you for the bread an you forgot. I have never been to this Ruth Chris before it was not what I expected since I visited the location in Pasadena Marina Del Ray and Anaheim, they need to review customer service at this location and for the record I will never return customer service wins !
