Worst customer service they close 9:30 there was around 8:25 five customers were there and there was mo manager they run out of shrimpand chowmein fried rice and kungpuachicken and teriyakichicken and they dont wont to make anything bcoz the employeeby the name of (RICH) and there was girl also they said we close at 9:00 they change the time.. worst customer service Ms.K please pay attention bad experience
Best Panda Express in the Valley. It's next to Taft High School so the food is always fresh from 11am-6pm. The Staff gives you a good amount of potion size and the wait for fresh items if they run out is roughly 5-10 mins but we'll worth it! My son and I eat here 3-4 times a week.

The employees here have a strong personal opinion about masks. Personally, I don't think that it makes sense for us to have to wear them given the super bowl just took place and nobody was wearing them while packed into a stadium. The mandate in Los Angeles expires today and they refused to serve me without one. The woman serving behind the counter tried to publicly shame me in front of a whole line of people by calling me out. So we have a difference of opinion, there is a respectful way to handle it. I won't eat here again, you've lost a customer for life.
Food is rarely fresh, employees are impersonal and rude. I saw a mouse run across the floor last time I was there. That's it for me, I'm only getting Chinese food from San Gabriel from now on!

This location is good. Yet location in encino, has the most obnoxious staff. They are rudeInefficient. Trays empty. Asked extra veggies, they changed me for it. I left. Didn't pay.
