Customer service and food was fantastic ? just one man's opinion ?
Been here before, just finally getting around to doing a review now.Depending on the time of day, and the day itself, parking can be really easy, or a pain in the you-know-what.The food is delicious! Also a great value since it's about $2 to $5 less than say the bigger chain places like a Denny's or IHOP.It's definitely fresh, in some cases too Fresh. For instance, one person at our table ordered cantaloupe. They literally bring out 1 half cantaloupe. It was a task to try to cut it up, since it was so fresh and stiff. Side note, I really wish they would have just brought out a bowl of cut up cantaloupe.The service is great. They'll come around once to take your drink order, then come around another time to take a food order. They bring you the food. There's a little bit of a lull when they come around again to see if you need anything else, and then one last visit for the check. You do pay at the cashier.It's a great place, there's just a couple things I think they should work on trying to improve such as:This place is Booth, all Booth, the whole booth, and nothing but the booth. No matter where you sit, half of the table is in a booth, if not the whole table is a booth.The way it is set up now is that the table inside the booth is bolted to the floor. So you can't really adjust the table inside of the booth.It would be nice if they had some kind of central area with freestanding tables, that they/You can move around, and adjust as necessary. A great example would be like if your a heavier person, or a smaller tiny person/child, or you just want to move the table 3 inches to the left for whatever reason.Other than that, I give this place for stars for now. Let's see if there is a remodel in the works, probably not, to make the seating situation a little bit more variable oh, so that I can then bring this place up to five stars.
Wow ?My first time at Nat’s and now it will be one of my go to spots. Excellent customer service. Very welcoming and homey. Food was Delicious ? Highly recommend. Staff are super kind. Dana are server, thank you.

Service was a 10, you feel welcomed as you go inside the door. Let me say that the omelette was so good. They have turkey chili, fruit was on point and even best was the muffin’s!! Go get you some good service and good food. Oh I might add that I go from Boyle heights area just to have some good food.
Great food. Even better are their homemade muffins (coffee cake muffin is my favorite!)And the service was spot on. Not one time did we have to ask for a refill on drinks.A must try is the crispy French toast. My friend had it with strawberries and blueberries on it.
Yummy and delicious plus friendly crew. Always others there speak to me hopefully it's not about me being brown skin. But I love the other 1 on burbank and kester
Breakfast was good. The one thing I was really surprised by was their orange juice.. the best I l've had in ages.
Good breakfast place, portions are good, try their signature sausages or patties.
