Absolutely wonderful dinner. Chilean Sea Bass was the best Iâve ever had. Service was great. Cocktails were more than ample.

This once âvery consistentâ place keeps changing. They now have moved the tables around and it seems so very âmake shiftâ not warm and inviting like years gone by. They have closed the back room so if you want a booth, good luck, itâs a 1/2 bench and only a handful in the small room near the front. I guess most of the business is outside, under the tent. Thatâs great but for fine dining, I really prefer a more refined vibe. When I want casual thatâs not a $60 a la cart steak. By the way, the recipe they had for their baked potato is no longer the same and the potato, although large is not the one when the old owners were involved. Itâs still a family business and everything is changing, but for the folks that remember Montyâs, just be prepared, it isnât the totally fabulous restaurant experience it used to be. One last thing, the salmon is delicious. Gotta give credit where credit is due!
Every aspect was fabulous. On arrival, greeting was warm and friendly. Our server Maria was excellent. The food and cocktails were superb. We were outside for the first time and it was perfect for this visit. We had not been for quite awhile and we look forward to returning soon. It was the perfect dining experience.

We celebrated a special anniversary with our family. nice on the patio area other than traffic noise. Tables spaced far apart and we had a perfect round table for 8. Very attentive service and excellent food.
Monty's is consistently excellent and is our go to restaurant for special occasions and for simply dining out.
