The music was very obnoxious and it was hard to enjoy an otherwise lovely experience. I really recommend playing some sort of classical music or jazz.I would find it extremely difficult and mentally disturbing to work in a place playing music like that all day

My friends and I were on a walk and we decided to stop by to get frozen yogurt. We didn't know we were gonna stop by so we didn't bring any masks. We went in and asked politely for mask so we can order. I'm pretty sure the stores are legally required to provide masks to costumers. I am very disappointed in Menchie's customer service. I will not be coming in again.

Stay away from this place. We came on Sunday afternoon and the boy name Jesus that was by the register was rude. I saw he was touching with his hands that wasn’t cover with gloves yogurt that came to customer cup. Ridiculous.
Amazing Saffron & Orange Blossom... If I lived near LA I'd come here everyday for their ice cream!
