My family has heard of Kourosh Restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. We came on a weeknight, and it was pretty empty, which was kinda nice in a way. I love how they serve fresh, warm, complementary bread and butter. The dinner portions are pretty big, and come with lots of rice. The boneless chicken kabob is very good, pretty juicy and tasty. The white fish with sabzi polo (green rice) was very good and well made. We also ordered the gheymeh stew with tahdig. The gheymeh was well made. The tahdig wasn’t so fresh but still okay. Overall a good experience. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or just because it was a random weeknight. I would go again just because the food is very good.
A wonderful place to eat out! quality of service and food is just impeccable! price is wonderful. My family and I go there frequently instead of cooking. Food is fresh and tastes is always great. I have ordered for our parties and gatherings at home. It is pride of Woodland Hills. Ambiance is great to treat family and friends to lunch or dinner. Food is served always just right to consume. Right price and potions! I highly recommend this place!
We had a lunch special there. Great food, Excellent service, the fresh bread was amazing and Marry the host is very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
lovely people, great food , nicely decorated; we tried the Koobideh and jooje kebab today and liked it very much; much nicer koobideh than any other we have tried in LA. Thank you Mary for great service.
There is a sad and rude waitress girl who is not professional at all to customers and based on my experience her manner is very insulting. Below I describe why I am not a happy customer:1) The waitress girl many times show a face full of hate to me as a customer. She never got a training that she has to greet the customer.2) The waitress does not give me enough time to put the total and sign the merchant receipt. Many times while I am signing she holds the top of the receipt and pushes me to finish the signature.3) The waitress forcefully insert the credit card into her card leader with a face full of hate.4) One time the rude waitress hit my thumb with her sharp nails when she wanted to get the credit card from my hand. She really needs training how to receive the credit card from the customer.5) One time she stand me up when I was sitting waiting to my food and she said you do not have to sit there, sit somewhere else.6) One time my food was ready, but she did not inform me until I got a cold food.7) She impolitely says bye in a bad way when I pay to push me to exit the restaurant.8) The owner really loses his credit because of the rude manner of this girl, unless the girl is trained and changes her insulting attitudes.
Where can i start? This restaurant is by far one of the worst restaurants i have ever been to. My first weird encounter with the staff of the restaurant was when the lady demanded from me a tip. She literally demanded i give her a tip. The owners are very rude and disrespectful, I once ordered food to eat inside and they gave me plastic utensils and a styrofoam plate. The food is trash, the owner did not give us the full amount of food for the order we placed, the menu says one thing the order is something else. Horrible service and bad food
I enjoyed my experience at Kourosh Restaurant. Loved the beef koobideh. I especially enjoyed the friendly service that was provided to me. My waitress was a doll and made sure I was taken care of. I will be back for sure!

Consistently good food .. my favorite go to place for shish kabobs (they call them chicken tenders) w/ an excellent & succulent salad that’s always fresh & super crispy … don’t go to Panini Grill any more I’m sad to say …. Try it I think you’ll see a difference !!
