This location is terrible I have used the jersey mikes app to order subs and pick them up and not only are they always late making the subs but this last time they didn’t start to make my sub until I got there. Then when ask where my order was the employee just stated oh they’re making it, no apology or anything. Worst jersey mikes location ever.
The food is good when they get the order right. Last few times we have gone there, our orders (sandwiches) are made wrong. I drove all the way back this time to get it replaced and the worker behind the counter was absolutely disrespectful and was yelling at me like I was the one who made the sandwich wrong. Then proceeded to talk to his fellow workers about me (in front of me). I asked him about his attitude and why he was yelling and causing a scene. His response.. "Cause you're giving me a hard time about your sandwich." I asked for his name.. Richard (I'll be nice and not put out his last name) but... Richard.. you need to calm down and don't be such a D**K to the customers!

This placed used to be good. They charged me for regular turkey/provolone but gave me the small size and it wasn't even made right. Called them and they said they can remake the sandwich if go back tonight which I couldn't do. They said their store policy prevents them from giving back my money or a free sandwich another day. Perhaps they should revisit their policy. Mistakes happen but they need to own up to it and fix it.
I like it a lot. The sandwiches are very good and fresh. Service is friendly and prompt. They all thank you for a tip.
I just tried to get a sub sandwich but I was told I couldn't because they ran out of bread. LOL!!!!What a joke. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread.?
First time trying there food. Let me tell you , the food was BUSSIN and it’s not even a joke. Buffalo sub add jalapeños , OOOOO , 10/10 , great employees , deserve raise
