the wait for ordering was kinda long considering i was the only customer at the line. the person at the counter appeared to be daydreaming. i was looking at him and he was just staring at a blank space. he didnt acknowledge nor say anything to me. didnt ask for my name which eventually resulted in not knowing if the order on the counter was mine. the wait was long. 2 staff were busy preparing the orders and washing the equipment used while the guy who took my order was just taking his sweet time.
I ordered an Impossible Handwich and was instead given a regular pork sandwich. I was distracted and did not discover this until a few bites in. As a vegetarian, my mind and body reacted in disgust as my body isn't even used to meat anymore. How careless of this employee.Update: I returned to the store where they apologized, gave a new sandwich and refund.
Hit and miss, only come here when the girls are working because I came in and ordered a couple days ago and they make me wait about 15min and help customers who ordered after me and made me a pb&banana protein smoothie with just protein. And I tipped the guy. Next time I'll tip after since it went to his head.
Always quick service. Never too crowded, but that might be my luck at this location. I go to Jamba pretty often and this location is 1 of my preferred spots. My drinks have always been pretty good, well blended, and not skimping on size ordered.

Did you know your employees close down two hours earlier than they should? Thursday, Jan 20th, 7:05 PM, doors locked, employee giving me the "we're done" sign, lights out. You should look into that.
It ALWAYS smells like vomit in here.The staff is friendly, but not old-school Jamba friendly. Don’t love this location, but it’s conveniently located near places I’m running errands.Would love to see improvements from the top though.. why else would these kids have such lameness? I feel it’s such a simple job & when I was in high school, so many of my peers worked here & the vibe was so different. At this point, it may as well be automated.Please do something about the vomit smell in here. I worked in bars for years & that smell is haunting. It’s literally fruit rot. Fix that. Other locations I frequent don’t have that awful odor. What is going on here?!
Good place, good workers, but whenever I come to this spot in particular it always has a weird strong smell.

Just wanted to praise and compliment Jayvoni an employee who works at this location. He welcomes you with a big smile.His enthusiasm for taking your order and making a juice just the way you want it is second to none. He’s amazing and brings great energy to Jamba. He made my day and I enjoyed the juice. Just want to come back for the great customer experience he offers.
