I've loved Jamba since the days it was Juice Club. Still as good as ever.
Love the friendly staff. They even made suggestions based off of some of the things I liked in a smoothie. It's always been a hipster, Swanky place to grab a beverage and move along on your way.It's part of a shopping center, so there's always tons of free parking.
Today has been a great day. I normally stop at this business at least once a week, I purchase a large Pressed carrot ? juice with kale at least 4 times a week from various locations as part of my diet and fitness journey. Today however was interrupted with bad customer service and lack of quality in making of something that is supposed to be a health benefit to drink. I order a larger 28oz carrot juice with kale and the shift lead Rafael puts in the order, as he explains to me that there would be extra charges for the kale I accept it. But when he tells me that he’s charging double for the kale, I didn’t understand about the upcharge. Finally we get past all of that and another worker begins making it. When I noticed that they added ice, After I asked them not too, I tried to reason with them to just strain the carrot juice from the ice because it didn’t need ice! The carrots are frozen and so is the kale! No ice needed! The energy changed and when the drink came out it was 3 quarters of a drink instead of 28 oz’s I asked for my money back! Bad service, bad communication from what he (Raphael) called himself a lead, I guess that’s a shift manager. All and all, it was a bad experience. Not to say that I haven’t had good ones at this location, because I have. Just not today. Because I am studying to become a Pastor, I find myself forgiving people a lot for there missteps, but just because you forgive, doesn’t mean that you want to do business again with this location. I pray that this is an isolated incidence and that it doesn’t reflect on the company as a whole. ?? Guess I’ll try the juice company further down on Ventura Blvd. more laid back atmosphere with adults making your juice blends. Take care and God Bless.??

They can’t follow simple instructions and blatantly get the orders wrong constantly. Terrible customer service.
If you thought you would get reward points through the Jamba Juice app be advised that you wont at this location.
Always good service and the smoothies are made well. Tried the new watermelon smoothie and its good....

Aggravating experience just trying to pick up a mobile order. there's so many employees acting busy but no one addressing the pick up counter. So people are stacked in a condensed space waiting for 15 minutes because employees refuse to acknowledge customers for an unknown reason. 2 stars because they made the drink I ordered. otherwise not worth it.
