The burgers taste good but didn't surprised me, personally I prefer a thin patty that matches the size of the bun, this burgers have a 5oz patty but since it is a little thick, the bun oversizes the patty, makes it look smaller and feels like too much bread. The brioche bun is good and the cheese too, the Maui burger comes with a slice of pineapple, it's good but it's too thin in my opinion. The place looks really nice and service is good too.

I came for the first time and I felt in love with this burgers. The meat is really tasty isn't the regular meat I think the put some spices those ingredients are making the difference. Totally delicious!!! La carne no sabe como en otros lugares, esta esta como condimentada de manera k si se siente el sabor. Estas hamburguesas las recomiendo plenamente

This place is awesome! I rarely get this excited about a restaurant because most burger places are between just okay or mediocre. Hook Burger is really good.Pros: The burgers and crispy chicken are insanely delicious. Meaty, juicy and flavorful. Not dry or overly greasy like some other places I won't mention. The fixings always look and taste fresh. The always provide plenty of napkins and condiments for your take out order. Not a fan of sweet potato fries but somehow they even managed to get that right! And they're onion ring! They're huge, but most importantly very delicious with just the right amount of crunchy goodness.Cons: The fries are pretty bland and sometimes even cold when you pick them up. Could use more salt and I wish they were piping hot but I've never been able to get that with my order. Not a fan of the bun they use. The buns are crazy thick and it takes away from the great tasting burger. My last order I skipped the bun and it was the best meal I've had from there. So, if it's so good then why rate them 4 stars? I mean, I'd give them 4.4 stars if I could because of the cons, so that rounds to 4. But I would hands down eat here for the burgers and crispy chicken sandwiches then maybe go to In N Out for the fries.

Hickory Burger was good. Great onion rings and good fries. Good service although took a little time for sit down order.

Sweet potato fries were fresh and good. The meat of the burger was mostly dry and not the best quality.

Kind people make all the difference to me, and I know it can be hard to find all wonderful people, so I don't know if they pay a little extra here that they're able to, but literally everyone is always so nice here, and we ALL love their burgers! They taste like the ingredients are just better, the meat, everything! For my 95 year old retired Navy Commander grandfather, a great burger is one of his favorite foods, and he LOVES these. My daughter and I think they have some some of the best burgers ever!

Great place. Super friendly people. Little one was super stomach sick when we first got here and they provided napkins and water swiftly to help us out with the little one. Great people

Burgers are great, on the other hand the spicy chicken sandwich isn't so spicy. The onion rings are bomb as too the fries. Milkshakes, are also bomb, definitely would come back again and again and again.

Had the Tuna burger and a Asian chicken salad. Sandwich was really bland and their signature tarter was mediocre at best. Salad veggie were fresh and crisp but just basic lettuce carrots and no pizazz to it. Probably pass it up next time.Service though was outstanding...Kudos to that crew

I have been thinking of trying Hook Burger for some time as I keep driving by throughout the week. At any rate, I am glad I did.The menu itself isn't very large: there are about four or five styles of burgers, followed by sandwiches, salads and a selection of sides. As for the burgers I happily recommend their Hickory burger with onions, barbeque sauce and bacon. All of their burgers come with nice fresh vegetable toppings like lettuce and tomato. One of their styles features mushrooms. The tuna sandwich here is excellent: it is albacore tuna and is prepared according to your preference. It is grilled and comes with tomato, red onion and lettuce. For sides, french fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings, cole slaw is offered. Personally the french fries while light on the salt, aren't great in my opinion as they are on the oily side with no crispness. The onion rings are better, but yeah, they are also on the oily end of the fried spectrum.Service here is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very clean inside. There is also nice seating outside on a patio along a couple sides of the restaurant. Prices are moderate.
