The taste and quality of product is consistent, tasty. However the assembly of ingredients varies to some extent but typically meeting the above average criteria. Location is convenient for me and so I order once a week lately to take advantage of the TIP discount too, which makes my order a great value.Customer service (in person) interactions are average if not below average but not gonna stop me from ordering via the app! ;-)
Online order, on-site pick up.Store offering promo - order to you within 2 minutes of arrival and check in or you get a medium pizza on next order.2 minute timer was stopped after 9 seconds elapsed but it took just over 3 full minutes for anyone to actually bring my order to the car. The guy who brought the order said, "oh yeah, that's what we do when it's busy here. I'll get the manager and he'll take care of it." Manager emerged several minutes later, raised voice, telling me the timer counts up not down and 1 minute 51 seconds elapsed before they gave me my order and REFUSED to honor a silly free pizza on a future order. No big loss to me, but I did want to confirm, and I discovered in small print of full promo details, the 2 minute guarantee timer does in fact count down from 2 minutes, and, as such, 1:51 means they DID stop the timer after only 9 seconds elapsed. Seems like a young franchise manager who doesn't want it discovered that he isn't managing the restaurant as well as he could be.
I mean who doesn’t love a good pizza?? Is it New York? No. But simple, easy, to your door fast ans delicious? Yes!

Bad service I was trying to make a big order and the manager tell that not available to get big order these place need to change the manager
After giving away my pizza to someone else and then waiting again for 20 minutes they served me a half eaten pizza during covid times and after complaining the staff screams that how many times are they suppose to make a pizza for me. Very disappointed i want my complaint to be taken seriously. Very horrible customer service
I like dominos;it's cheap, and there's a plethora of coupons to take advantage of for good deals, but this location needs a lot of improvement. My last delivery was pretty bad. My driver Arash was pretty unfriendly, and I caught him in time to see his car-lights so luckily I was able to notify myself that my delivery was present, but Arash didn't even properly ring our door-bell to notify, and simply plopped my pizza on the front step. I ended up opening the door around the same time he was leaving, and when I signaled to him if he could hand the pizza to me, he told me it was there, and I could pick it up. Not even the first time I've had weird experiences with this location;I've nearly had to jumpstart a delivery drivers car, because their hybrid's battery nearly died in our neighborhood. I think the worse thing though;my order isn't ever properly prepared. I always request extra sauce, and to cook the pizza longer to make it "crisp", and I ALWAYS get a standard pizza.
Unfortunately very bad customer service specially a guy name Ben who gave me wrong information he was vey rude and it’s not a first time I see the bad customer service from them so I’m not going to get my pizza from them anymore. I want the owner knows these guys who run his place they are unprofessional, especially Aria and Ben.
