Picked up a chicken bowl after a long time. It came to about $12! I thought well everything got so expensive. When I got home I realized I was over-charged for Guacamole which never ordered nor received. On top of that the rice was half cooked. The whole thing ended up in the trash can after couple of bites! I guess this was the last time.
#late post from few nights ago:Came in almost 9 pm due to sudden & strong craving for their food. To my surprise there was a pretty long line in front of me and longer line behind me.. I was like, whoaa!! People really craved for this on Monday night like me!! ?It was a shame... I forgot to take pics of our food LOLI tried the Pollo Asado the first time.. with Cilantro Lime Rice, no beans & sourcream.. with queso, hot salsa, corn, cheese..It was deliciouuuuuus!!!Got steak burrito for my bf.. no rice & beans, with fajitas, corn, mild & hot salsa, guac, sourcream, queso and cheese. Just the way he liked it as usual ??I already have a craving to go get the same dish again! But... I gotta control myself, right?? ?
They didn’t have chicken and wanted me to wait 20 min that’s why they make me buy the steak and charged me more that’s how they do it
This place is ALWAYS out of food! I always end up having to go to the one around the corner. About 3 times out of 10 have they actually had what I wanted.
They didn't had fajitas, but we got chicken, rice, beans, the chicken was a bit spicy and they didn't tell us! Our baby didn't like that!but they gave us a sample of carnitas and she love it!, overall was a good experience.
I love them but I found a piece of plastic in my food I had to travel out the same day so I didn't get a chance to talk to them about it
If you care about service at all, I would say this location typically has more friendly and accommodating staff then the one on Topanga Canyon. I will go out of my way to this location. Keep up the good work!
2nd time in the past 30 days, the steak is unbeatable. had to throw my burrito away since the protein was prepared poorly. advise to stay away from the steak
Always out of something. Last 3 times they've either had no guac or no queso. Literally always anticipating something wrong with my order from this location.
I placed a order online and called immediately to change the meat. The manager Kevin said he couldn’t change the meat because it was a $1.00 more! I asked could I pay the $1.00 more when I arrived and he said no! I ask to just give him the $1.00 and he said it would through the system off! Then said I could have canceled my order and waiting in line behind the 6 people that were there to place another order…Weirdo and I will not being going back! ALL FOR A $1.00
