First time going to this Location and very disappointed, as I walked in I Noticed dirty tables and trash on the floor. I ordered my food which was ok but not the best ...I went to get my drink and they did not have coke and as I looked over for my second choice of drink they were also out!!...Like what's going on???..This place is really Falling apart!
Employee made 3 errors. Management was poor.1) Wrong meat. Regular chicken burritto. Didn't order Pollo Asado. Charged me a $1 more for Pollo Asado.2) Asked for refund of the difference. They attempted to refund me the full price. They instead RECHARGED me the full price.3) Additionally, the receipt shown was for a cash refund. Security cameras will show...NO CASH was given.Management could not understand the issue. He only wanted to give me $10.35 What confused the situation was I asked for a refund for difference of the meats but was given a full refund. However, the manager didn't seem to want to give me a full refund and only the difference. So they took back their decision to give me a full refund. Whatever. I'm happy to just get the difference. The point is the employees are not of one mind and act like amateurs. Multiple errors and poor understanding/listening skills. Additionally, Pollo Asado was a $1 more than regular Chicken meat and the manager said I was due 74 cents not a $1. That confused me as well. I will NEVER go to Chipotle again and will be sending over these comments to the Better Business Bureau and other review sites.

I'm sitting in their rear parking lot starving ready to eat my combo meats and guac. Burrito bowl. I open my container to a sliver of meat and 2 lil nuggets of steak with a teaspoon of guac. This location is stingy with everything but the rice and prices. This was around 6pm.
This location is in the Ralph's shopping center behind Rite-Aid on Ventura Blvd. & Topanga Canyon Blvd. I stopped by during busy hours however the staff was pretty efficient and was able to get my food fast, they could be a bit friendlier & welcoming though. Food was fresh and tasted great. Restaurant was clean with a patio so you can sit and eat outside. Overall I had a good experience at this Chipotle.
3 meals for less that $40. Not bad!
I think the employees are either not trained or general really slow. I waited for extra half hour in store for my online order. I thought the purpose for online order is not to wait in the store? Also the store only had a few customers in line at that time, not packed at all. So I don’t understand the wait at all…btw, they also forgot my sauce…
I wish I’d read the reviews first, but I came here out of convenience (it’s next door to my bank.)Terribly rude staff - but they didn’t mention to a local Karen that her refusal to wear a mask was ridiculous & rude.The portions ARE SMALL, the rice was like crunchy mashed potatoes, the salsa was clumped into icy chunks & I don’t remember wanting pay for a half-heated, soupy TV dinner. This sucked.This was my only moment to stop for food today, so I didn’t even have the TIME to ask about this.What a complete let down.
im a chipotle fanatic. This one probably is the worst one. They are in a great location which sucks for us. Ill go to another location for now. Rice uncooked. You cant enjoy your meal chewing on rocks of rice. i love chipotle however guys avoid this location. Understaffed as well
I was hired by this store 1.5 months ago and they had me working 1 day a week, come to find out yesterday that their system kept auto terminating me and I got none of my hours clocked. Even tho I haven’t gotten the measly $200 they probably owe me they had the audacity to tell me how understaffed they were when I was trying to get this situation resolved so I just walked out. This is the most unbelievable experience I’ve ever had and there’s a labor shortage in America? Im probably going to get lawyers involved or EDD whatever it takes for this not to happen to employees again. Gotta treat your
