Consistently bad late night service. And dont even think about customizing an order, they'll get it wrong anyway. too much for them i guess.
I love Carl's Jr it's my favorite fast food restaurant when I was younger I lived right by the Platinum victory restaurant which I still live by today but in the last 15 years this place has become the worst Carl's Jr there is nothing tastes the same or looks the same as the other restaurants it's really a shame

Wow, it's been a minute since I've had food so mediocre and gross that I'd actually take time to review it. Let's start with the burgers... One famous star and one super star. Both had stale, crumbly buns and browning lettuce. WAY too much sauce, and weren't hot by the time they left the drive-thru window.Next, the shakes. VERY runny, with a consistency like chocolate milk. No thickness to them at all. But, in his defense, the guy who made them just started there recently, so I'll chalk it up to user error.The fries here are gross too. Lukewarm and stale tasting.This food wasn't just "not good", it was nasty. Disgusting even. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.
