Food & Staff are excellent.I have always loved coming here, their salads are the best in LA !Even w/the pandemic the staff is always professional & kind.Love the out door seating
It’s so sad that you can’t eat inside the restaurant. It’s 100 degrees out and you have to eat on the patio or get it to go! All restaurants are open, what the hell is wrong with you people! Open your indoor seating. Everyone needs to stop supporting CCC. Take your business somewhere else. I will not support this business anymore.
Fresh and healthy food choices. I was very much impressed with their well planned drive up arrangements. As of now there is no indoor dining. Order online for togo or pick up and enjoy your food in the outdoor seating area. Excellent service.
Well I want to tell you that the food is great, I think that the customer service and the owners are terrible. The last three times I came they forgot ingredients for my food so this time I specifically wrote it in the comments (ordered online) before coming in and once again they forgot.I also find a particularly strange that this is the only restaurant you still cannot dine in and they won't let you beyond the front door.
I placed an order, my nephew picked it up, asked for no mayo on my wraps, they were slathered in them. After cleaning mayo off took a bite of chicken and it was raw inside. First and last time. Don't waste your time or money.
Kudos to the Owners of this Establishment!If this is a franchise the owner is doing their job!My orders are consisently fresh with no issues at all. I can tell whoever pays attention to the veggies are on top of it.I never get wilted lettuce or any veggie that looks rotten or old. Always FRESH!Restaurant professionalism at the highest level!Oh yeah and the food is good too!Cut my thumb twice on the plastic container tho, but that's minor compared to the Fantastic service!The owners should be proud of their staff!They are runnin' the ship smoothly...Just sayin'
I love California chicken cafe!! I go to varies locations throughout LA, but stumbled upon this one and I love that they have outdoor seating! Fresh and friendly staff!
The price is amazing for the portion sizes. You are lucky to finish the whole thing. Fresh, tasty, and healthy.
Covid making things unenjoyable...There's no seated dining here at this location I'm not sure about the other locations but the one on shoup and Ventura is taking orders only and no cash. I also found out they don't put broccoli in the Chinese chicken salad and that I've been ordering it as an extra all these years ?
Fast parking lot delivery and the chicken rice wrap is THE BEST.The only caveat with this location is its a bit hard to get into for eastbound travelers.
