Don't use the kiosks. The management here is unwilling to make the customer experience anything more than lack luster.Assistant manager allows pets in the dinning room, which can't be up to health codes.One is better off going to Shake Shack.
❤️❤️??? Food as always with burger king id give 2 red loce stars, cleanliness id guve 4 kept clean and bathrooms were kept up as well. Usually at these fast food joints if the employees do care or if they dont ut will show in the womens bathrooms at least. Customer Service, they are just are. They were not super friendly or even friendly, but they werbt at all dis respectful just no exciment when they are at their jobs or something lol.
They were nice and we got exactly what we ordered quick.
I only give 4 stars to fast food restaurants because it's not that great but this one was OK
You know I was kind of skeptical and I thought it was me but after seeing multiple reviews about the manager late at night, that was enough to confirm what I had thought.. She is very rude and pushy she doesn't give you time to order and even when you're polite she will continue to be persistent with her rude attitude. This is the closest Burger King to me and I like coming here often but every time I come here I hope that I don't see her and every time I do see her I already know what to expect. Believe me I'm always polite and I know how it is for people working these types of jobs I'm always trying to make it as easy as possible but with her specifically I always feel like I'm being rushed and she's very stiff with me.
Only thing good here are the fries! The whopper I had was undercooked and the bun was stale. This was last night at 8pm 1-18-22 but the fries was fresh and hot I don’t know what happened to the whopper ?

I just had a similar experience with the manager. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked for contact to her regional and she angrily pointed to the window. I left. I refuse to give my business (especially for food) where the staff is rude and disrespectful. Burger King and her managing officers should be disgraced. All service etiquette flows from the top down... Never returning there... If ther are doing this to my face, what are the doing yo the food behind closed doors?
The prices are reasonable compared to other chains and the food is decent. The staff at each of the stores I have visited have been awesome.
This place is dirty, I mean really dirty! What is the point to wear mask when you walk in if tables are not cleaned nor sanitized? I wanted to have a quick breakfast and asked to clean a table. I got the answer back to find another one… I said they are all dirty. After that a guy started looking for something on the floor behind the vending machine… really? Does that mean they clean tables with floor map or similar?Everyone is trying to stay safe, vaccines, masks, hand sanitizers, you name it… however, not sanitized tables and seats at the place where people eat? By the time I finished breakfast at a table I cleaned myself, I was alone at the place, and nobody, no one showed up to clean/sanitize tables where other customers were sitting. Poor management, ignorance and stupidity. I’ll try checking other BK places and report this issues to FDC if I come across this type of ignorance again
