Way over-priced! How long can this franchise survive on their overnight fame? (I predict not long after Nestle purchased them). Granted the New Orleans Style is novel but none of the other beverage options have a particularly unique character that is worth paying $2-3 more than any indie cafe. Try either Pascal's or 10 Speed just down the road (north and west respectively) for a higher quality, MUCH more reasonable price, and less arrogant service.
Feel taken care of whenever I go here with my friend. Place has an excellent outdoor seating area. Very friendly and welcoming staff (play good music too). Pour overs and cold brews are excellent
Cool concept. Fun staff. Obvi popular, a bit of a wait but I enjoyed the egg bites and avocado sandwich. Ps. I don’t mind waiting but my mom has ants in her pants though ?
Blue Bottle is my little treat. This location has plenty of parking (it shares a HUGE lot) and a lovely, shaded outdoor seating area.
Good location: many self-service checkouts, quick checkout, clean room. And due to the fact that the cafe is located in a good area and on the second floor, the pluses of this place include a beautiful view)
Went to a different coffee shop and it was a big mistake.... So I found this place and their coffee is smooth and strong. ? It's a little pricey but it is worth it.
I must say. It's was so nice to try a few different blends. Excellent customer service. That's a very knowledgeable on their products.
This specific store has a bunch of rude baristas who have decided to team up and bully me. They constantly mess up my order when its ready they don't announce anything. One time I pulled my mask out to take my inhaler and they yelled at me outdoors for not having a mask on. Let's fast forward to today where you don't need a mask on and they don't have a visible sign saying they do either. I walked in to grab my take out order and was yelled out for not having a mask on I explained I was vaccinated and that none of the patrons in the café had their masks on and I was already sipping on my coffee that was ready as I was exiting but they still decided to yell at me and make a scene. I told them what's the difference at a coffee shop where none of the customers have masks on? None of this makes sense , they are really just bullying me and its a shame cause the Blue Bottle Brand is delicious i probably spend like 1k a year on their overpriced lattes. Get new management and new hires please.If you guys think its ok to yell at someone for using their inhaler OUTDOORS you're nuts.
Very good coffee and great avo toast
The coffee was absolutely delicious! I can’t give it 5 stars though as we felt the customer service was lacking and it was honestly kinda depressing in the shop itself. No music, employees not talking, very somber vibe. Not usually an issue for me but it was very noticeable, maybe just an off day?
