Food is probably the best around Wilmington. But customer service is the worst. And they take forever inside and drive thru.

The food is good but some workers have attitude. Some what clean. They let people sleep at tables
I’ve been coming to this Toms since I was a kid . I just went through and orders the chicken strips dinner and they gave me this weird piece of breaded chicken! They won’t answer their phone . Tom’s used to be #1 … now is not even #11 … save your money and go to ricks n and out down the street or to Gus burgers … hell even fantastic cafe . So disappointing…
It was great, you know it's fresh when cars in line turn off their engines (mine included). Has flavor and you can taste the difference between the bacon and the pastrami and the burger and the toppings, each has it's own place in this Big Stack of Goodness.Also the chili cheese fries were really really good, we ordered it as we were paying and it was not a problem, looks like a scoop of fries, a plop of chili and a handful of cheese in under 2 mins ? ?️ ? ?
Slow service took close to 5min to take my order longer to get my food 20min Denver omlet was flat not satisfying the hash browns were barely cooked cold got large French fries tasted like been setting awhile did not get alot mcdonalds large fries get more than you guys
It was a disappointment. They got some of my order wrong. They added cream on my pita sandwich when I specifically asked them not to. The fries were soggy, my grilled and cheese and pastrami sandwich were also soggy not crispy like I asked and they took a long time to get my order done.
Great Food and Great service have been here a few times now and never disappointed.
Just ordered the club sandwich and steaksandwich. It was edible but I won't be coming back here.
