Today I went and all of the soda machine and freeze machine are broken and I asked if they would discount the meal since there was no drink and they said they would not discount it what the point of charging for drinks if your not gonna get it
Went thier for a quick snack got nacho fries they were cold also order a cup of rice where's the rice ? The temp was good but cheap on the rice would not fill up a toddler !!!
For the second time, i ordered and paid for jalapeno in my nachos and when i received my order, no jalapeños in it. You guys need to READ the order and get it right.

Be careful when you come here and pay for your food with a credit card. I noticed on my credit card bill, I was charged double. Always pay your food with cash at any fast food.
Constantly missing items or getting drinks that are 100% carbonated water. How do you mess up a drink that is suppose to have color but comes out clear?

Came in to order some food , one item is no longer on Menu so I look up to pick another item and the cashier leaves me and turn around go serve the window when I was the only one standing to order and the window had already someone on it serving customers so why you turn around and leave me to go help your coworker at the window when he didn't ask you for any helpAnother employee noticed what happened and looked at me and went asked him "hey you where taking order from this gentleman"I kindly put my money quietly in my wallet turned around and leftWas my first time ordering from that Taco Bell and probably the last timeBut you want $15 Dollars an hour !?? Came to taco bell at 1:00am when they close at 2:00 am. I Was told that they only do “pickup”. The manager at the time never specified the type of “pickup”. So we proceeded to order on the Taco Bell app as pick up, and after going through the process of downloading the app and choosing my order, while very Hungry… I was later told that they meant grub-hub or door-dash. but why I was just hungry. I just wanted a taco.
